VA Maine would like to alert all enrolled Veterans that the paper travel reimbursement claim form has recently been updated. The new VA Form 10-3542, (dated November 2024) is what you need to use moving forward as the previous form (dated November 2013) is now discontinued per VA’s National Travel Office and can no longer be processed. VA Maine has attached a copy of this form to support your use moving forward.
